Holiday Movies for Balance not Stress
Holiday Movies can add balance to your life. They can bring joy and peace to family and friends.
The experience of going to the movie can be fun.
I remember when my children were little I could not wait to take them to a fun holdiay movie.
I just imgained the excitement in their eyes when they would see Santa on the big screen. I wanted to do all I could to make it fun. So bring on the candy, popcorn and cokes to add to
the holiday cheer.
When the movie was about half way over the excitement was in the people around, watching us instead of the movie. The childrren were up and down, laughing, fighting carrying on like wild untamed animals. What went wrong.
Well, maybe it was the candy, cokes popcorn, too much stimulation. Being out at 11:00p.m.
So I say to you, it can be a fun time for you and the family. Be intentional about a movie that does not bring too much energy to their little systems, not too much candy, coke or popcorn. Maybe even pack a healthy snack. Not as I did, but learn from my experience.
